Dealer Only Parts best price?

It's been awhile! I used to get dealer only parts (like interior plastics) for good price from Tom Hanson in California. I now he has moved on -- where do I go now? My cars are W124.

The usual suspects, Caliber Motors, Park Place, Duval, MB of Cincinnati.

I haven't bought from Caliber in quite a while, but was always very happy with their prices and service.

Depending on value, weight, volume location may not that big a deal. You just have to make a few phone calls. MB Cincinnati is advertising wholesale prices in the Star magazine. Also Phil here can often get dealer parts at good prices.

Thanks deanyel!

YES, the prices are fantastic!
Really good dealer parts prices for MBCA members from

Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati
www.mercedesbenzofcincinnati.com
888.871.7914

Ted in Parts is with whom I spoke.
He said anyone there has the rates.

They will need a Credit Card Signature on file -- can be faxed or scanned and emailed.

I have an account where I supposedly get MSRP minus 20% on parts at my local dealer.

I called Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati and had them give me quote on some of the same parts I had quote on from my dealer and every time Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati was lower.

I also have been very happy with MB of Cinci.

I will say that time is money, and I wonder if parts people will take this into consideration when pricing. I look up everything I need on the EPC and email a list of part numbers so they can tell me if they can get it and quote on it. This beats a 45 minute phone call for both parties.

The MB parts catalog, at:

http://www.startekinfo.com/epc

It is free to US residents, last I checked. They only use the credit card to verify your address. IMO, this is the most important "tool" that I have.

"This site contains service and repair information covering Mercedes-Benz vehicles model year 1994 and higher. Certain content for models prior to model year 1994 is contained in the Workshop Information System (WIS). No refund claims concerning vehicles older than 1994 will be honored. Confirmed outages of any site components which last for an unreasonable amount of time will be refunded by extending the subscription for that amount of time for valid subscribers during an outage."

My cars are too old to be StarTek I guess

and Oh:
EPC-net does not presently support Macintosh or Linux Operating Systems. Please review the "Tech Requirements" under the "About Site" tab.

It's web based -- does it work on Mac?
