trying to replace the two inside cabin air filters (not the one under the hood) and need some info from someone thats done the job.
Is all I do is remove the upper kick panel (2 T-20 screws) and then remove the four screws (looks like T-20's) and then drop that section down to R&R the old filters? I will need to buy a T handle set or single T 20 if one can be found.
Sure is nice for us folks that have severe allergies to have all these filters, but the two inside sure seems to be a PIA to replace and not to mention I paid $98 for the two filters. Wish I had known what a PIA the inside one is, I might have had dealer replace at last service. Not really guys, just PO'ed about have to buy a set of tools that I will only use once or twice a year. Understand I have the a nice set of socket torx, including security type, just don't have the long thin T wrench's.
