SD300-where did you come from?
The byproduct of my oldman did bongy bongy to my Mommy.
To be specific I dropped out of the place where the sun dont shine. The exact place is neither to be repeated in public nor being polite.
Does it answer your question?

How to get the fan and clutch off.

First you need to make a tool out of 1/4 gauge wire. bend one end with around a 3/4 inch angle. You need a 7mm allen key and use a socket extension see foto 1

Remove the fan shroud and drape it over the fan top.

Next the special tool you have made needs to be inserted in the pulley at the rear of the fan. you will find a notched section

Insert your special tool in the notch and turn the fan until you find a hole in the pulley which will lock the fan from turning.

Use your 7mm allen key and socket extension to remove the bolt holding the fan on.

Et Viola.

MAK
Thanks
I need to deal with something else that is more important at this moment. I have a 190e 2.3 need the head gasket changed. One cyl has no compression.
Rounding all the right tools is a job by itself.
