Smile Power windows not working after battery change

Hi,
I recently changed battery of MY 1998 MB C230. Any Ideas How can I reset it so that the regular mode and one push up-down works.
Thanks.

Read in your manual it describes how to reset your windown and such after a battery change.....I can't quite remember off the top of my head but it should be in your manual.

Use the switch to go full open and full closed a few times (without stopping, as I recall). The window will then "learn" where full open and full closed are. You will need to do this on every window individually, plus your sun roof and electric seats. If you have long legs, I suggest you do the seats from outside the car.

You are supposed to hold the switch in the "half way" position and then hold for 3 sec after reaching full up or down. As I recall. Should be in the owners manual as was said.
