2003 S430 Airmatic Prob

Alarm "Airmatic stop, car too low" in red came on going around a curve at about 30 miles an hour. Stopped car and observed the car was very low and hit the raised button and it cleared. What are possible causes that I can look at?

Check to see if the strut tower seals are leaking. They are on the top, where the airlines run into the shock. If you see cracks along the outside of the hard sealant type stuff and that of the actual strut tower there is a good chance it is leaking there. You can put some soapy water on the area, start up the car and jounce the suspension (push down/up on fender to make car bounce). That may cause.

The leak usually becomes obvious when the compressor no longer can take the load or shuts off due to overheating.
