1994 E320 Lost oil pressure reading, will not crank over

Hi,
Looking for some advice
Driving my 94 E320 the low oil buzzer came on. I pulled over, shut down and inspected engine. No leaks, oil level was fine. Went to restart car; no oil pressure reading, no fuel gauge reading and no water temp reading, all other electrics functing, except car will not crank over. I do not hear fuel pump kicking in and the low oil buzzer is still on? Any thoughts will be appreciated.
Amelia

Though the engine doesn't turn over, do you hear the starter engaging?

Worst case scenario, it is possible that oil pressure dropped low enough that the engine seized and now the starter can't break it loose. But I can't imagine that happening - it would be pretty rare. You need to make sure the battery and starter are healthy.

Alternatively, you can put a breaker bar on the crankshaft bolt and attempt to turn it over by hand. Make sure you go clockwise.

It's part of a sentence such as:

"That crank over there just posts little uninformative quips to try to make other people seem stupid, when in fact he is."

Does that clear it up?

Check fuse #5 in the fuse panel located in the engine compartment.

Crank Over

Crank over is the same as turn over and turn over is the same as crank over.

My point is that more often than not, you merely insult a poster instead of trying to help them solve their problem. Or, you simply dismiss what other posters have said while offering no theory of your own.

Simply put, you post with a cocky attitude. You offer help infrequently and undermine others' help with dismissive quips. Nobody is correct 100% of the time, and when I'm proven wrong I admit it and apologize. I don't even think you care about giving accurate advice.

C'mon, are you really trying to tell me and this forum that you couldn't understand the meaning of "crank over"? You expect me to believe that you were really in the dark as to what the OP meant, and you weren't just insulting him for using incorrect (in your mind) terminology?

When I call you out on this BS, you insult my handle. Real mature. I am beginning to understand why others slam you so hard in other threads.

If you must know, tinypanzer is both a comment on the tank like construction of the w126, as well as a play on words from an Elton John song.

What's Cliffmac? Is that like Chilimac with chunks of chalk instead of beans? See how immature that sounds?
