Pawo-

I will be living in a city. I will not have a garage. I'm not interested in dumping thousands of dollars into a car worth less than one-thousand dollars. I will not be taking this car with me.

But I would like to get it started if possible.

Is there a way to try and jump start it under the hood?

Jump start? With jumper cables to another car?

If the starter is bad you could pull start it too....

Woops, meant hot-wire, or send power directly to the starter.

Much discussion in the archives on the diesels but little on 103 cars.

Anyone know how I should approach this before towing it to the shop?
