190e 16v

190E squeak in the front end

I have a 190E with 190,000 miles that is tight in the front end, but when going at low speeds, or at a gas station bay (so embarrassing) squeeks like something didn't get greased up. Please help! This is my baby!! Thanks in advace!! JGrif115@aol.com
