SLS question 124 wagon

My SLS level controller works fine when I un-hook it from the connecting rod. I raise the lever and the rear of the car goes up. I lower the lever and the rear of the car comes back down. The ride is normal not bouncy or harsh.

My problem occurs when I connect the rod and put weight in the car. It does not raise up. I ordered a new connecting rod and installed it today. I still have the same issue. I think the bracket that holds the upper rod to the torsion bar has slipped down (see pictures). Does anyone have a picture of the proper placement of that upper bracket?

I've read and reread Section 32-0501 of the FSM and everything seems to be working as designed. Anyone have any other ideas?
