Jumpering 420SEL power window switch

The power window switch for the front passenger side window on my '87 420SEL is broken. I know the problem is in the switch because I checked it with an ohmmeter and compared the results to the other, known good power window switches. Then I took the switch apart and found that one of the center plastic pillars that holds the spring on one side is broken.

So I ordered a new switch, but until it arrives, which terminals on the connector should I jumper in order to make the window roll up?

Also, must one of the pins on the connector be grounded in order for the motor to receive power?

The terminals are numbered 1, 2, 3, 4 and 58.

Doh! Please consider this thread "inoperative", as Ron Ziegler used to say.

I just realized that all I had to do was swap the rear switch into the front switch's position and the problem was solved.
