Automatic doors with window problems

I have a '99 CL500 mercedes with automatic door closers. The windows go up when the doors close but the back window drops about an inch after it closes . Im assuming this is a computer problem and I would have to resync the windows. Is this the problem and does anyone know if this can be done at home or will I have to bring it in? Thanks

You can try the resync but this is usually caused by too much resistance (binding) of the glass. It is a safety measure to drop 2 inches.

Its not a safety measure because it just started doing that, and only on the driver's side. Both the front and back windows go up when doors close but it drops after, so I don't think it is glass resistance.
