Bad riding C200
Hi there,
I drive a 1997 W202 Mercedes C200 Elegance. Its been in the family since new and ive taken it over recently for good when my parent bought a S-Class. The thing is, it drive much different from new. The handling has gone real bad and the front "drops" into potholes rather than absorb. It doesnt corner as well and it leans. The tyres dont show any wear at all on the walls. I took it to the dealer and they said its perfectly fine. To me its not! There is just something not right and it pisses me off that I cant put a finger on it! Please reply if you have any idea what this may be.. 1989 300TE 1997 C200 Elegance 2000 S430 |

Might well worth to check the front suspension - struts and springs.

Ive done that...Ive had the whole car checked out by Mercedes specialists and they told me that the car is fine. They checked the bushes and the struts and all that and they said everything is fine...But drive the car and you will see there is something about it.
Thanks for your help Christian 1989 300TE 1997 C200 Elegance 2000 S430 |
