Power window confirmation w124

I'm diagnosing my inop drivers side power window on my 89 300e. I have power at the switch; I have power at the little junction box in the door (pictured below) when I use the switch. Still no window operation. Would it be safe to assume that I should replace the motor inside the door? Can this be dome without removing the whole regulator? I've searched, but haven't seen anyone do it with the regulator in the door, so I'm assuming that will have to come out. Thanks!
