Belt tightening proceedure - 1991 300SE

I have been searching thread, however, I have not found what I am hoping to find. I have a 1991 300SE with a loose belt. I have found what appears to be a jack screw, but I believe that something else needs to be loosened before the jack screw can be adjusted. If there is anything else to loosen I am not sure that anything can be accessed without removing the cooling fan.

Is there a procedure listed on how to tighten this belt?
