W201 Front Control Arm Bushing Rebuild

I'm looking at the information needed to redo the front control arm bushings on my 1993 190E 2.6 and have a few questions.

I went to the junkyard this weekend and pulled a set of good front control arms from a 1990 300E (i assume the arms are the same as my 2.6 after doing some cross referencing part numbers).

now the question is, which set of bushings should I get and how to install?

I'm looking at some more part numbers, and it looks like i need two sets of
1243300675 to rebuild the bushings on both arms?can someone confirm this?

the other question is, what orientation should I install the bushings in? I was reading W201 front lower control arm bushing question and saw that the 124's should have the bushings installed in one manner, and the 16v's installed in a different manner. should I just follow the instructions for W124 and it would be fine?

I don't understand why the bushings have to be installed differently for different chassis?

SPORTS UNDERCARRIAGE?

Looking at the EPC it looks like the donor 1990 300E 142.030 shares the control arms L-124 330 30 07 and R-12 330 31 07 only with 1993 190E 2.6 201.029 "ONLY APPLICABLE TO VEHICLES WITH SPORTS UNDERCARRIAGE"

If your vehicle is so equiped then your ok with the control arm part numbers, even with the control arm being cross referenced it looks like there are different bushings at the production break at F920108 for both the "SPORT UNDERCARRIAGE" models and standard models. Good Luck!

my production looks like G021564 from the last 7 digits of my VIN. so the bushings ive selected are ok for use?

now how about install? I should follow orientation of the W124 instructions?
