So i got a bad cat. converter. Sounds likes rocks in the muffler. Had an independent mechanic verify as well.

I have 80,390 on the OD. Production date was 01/01/01. So I am only about 400 miles over the warranty.

Had my mechanic call a dealership and they said not covered. What are my chances at calling MB corporate and get this overided. Its the right rear.

Just wondering if anyone else had luck getting this covered with this close to the mileage warranty.

Never fails....as soon as the warranty goes.......
