1995 C280 A/C problem

I have a 1995 C280 that looses air flow out of the ducts when you step on the throttle, low vacuum. As soon as you lift the air flow is back. I found the vacuum valve block was cracked, replaced that but still have the problem.
Any ideas??

Possible leaking dash pod. You need to test with a hand vacuum pump to see which circuit doesn't hold vacuum...
