I think that this was answered before but I could not find it. Will W124 Euro headlights sourced from a UK 300E work for those of us that drive on the other side of the road? My understanding is that on low beam they aim the light more strongly to the left (ie the UK ditch) which may be hazardous or impolite for north america. High beam might be the same.

Do they have a different aiming pattern that cannot be adjusted? Or can it be adjusted? Or is there no difference?

The Bosch part numbers from the left headlight were 1305 544 027 and 1305 621 931.
