Help! used carb cleaner and now car does not start

'90 SL300. We took out the ICV and cleaned it with carb cleaner. Put it back in and pluged back the wires to it. Also spray carb cleaner down the throttle body (while the engine was off). Now the card does not start.
Spark plugs are dry. Fuel makes it to the distributor. I opened one of the hoses on top of the fuel dist that goes to one of the cylinder, tcranked the engine but no fuel comes out of it. Isn't the fuel supposed to squirt out of it when cranking?
