No start 190e 2.6

Have a new bought 89 that only starts once when its cold then it dies if you thottle down and will not start until it cools down.Seems like its flooding out did try starter fluid with no luck.Did check OVP fuse which is good.
What things to check next?

On CIS systems fuel pressure is the key to running & starting, testing system VS control pressure is a good starting point.

OF course a large vacuum leak at the intake area can cause issues as well.
