How to test a power antenna?

I have a Hirschmann Auta 6000 U 485 Power Antenna that I ran across in the shop that I must have pulled from from a 190E, a 300SD, or maybe one of my old 300D's over the years. I am wondering if it works but I don't have the wiring diagrams on how to test it.

In the middle of the electrical plug is the number 9666 and the individual plug numbers are 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6. I need to know which is the ground (I suspect it is grounded through the body, but it could be the 'brown wire' connects to one of the numbered plugs) and what is supposed to happen when 12V is supplied to the other poles?

I do not have the female connector, so I wil just be using alligator clips to make the connections. That is why I need to know if voltage or ground goes to a pole and not which colored wire.

Any help is welcome, but descriptions work better for me than wiring diagrams. My eyesight is failing and those little lines are just too hard to see.

Thanks!
