I called MBUSA a few months ago to ask about the W202 Service CD. They said that the W140 was coming out in October (but could be later than that), and that the W202 Service CD was to follow shortly after.
I'd call Mercedes-Benz USA and ask them. They have either been released, or they will be released real soon, they'll tell you the date. GOOD LUCK!
