Cool Runs Great Cold when warmed up Surges up n down Rough Idle

I have a 380 SE 193,000 miles had this problem for a while. It starts great, runs smooth, then when it warms up, it starts-- surging high and low, sometimes it idles real high when you take it out of gear, think problems are related any help Guys? thanks

Sounds like a vacuum leak.

When it's cold, computer makes mixture richer. When it warms up, computer turns this off and then it's too lean because of vacuum leak. Besides the usual possibilities for vacuum leak, don't forget idle control valve not turning off.

Thanks i looked for vacuum leaks nothing glaring sticking out, then shut off engine and idle control valve was Clicking, like it was trying to work, does that sound normal? how hard to replace and where do you find one?

ICV could do with a thorough clean using a carb cleaner spray. seems to be sticking .
