Advice on converting to fuel injection m110 280

I have a 1976 280 (w114) with the carbureted 110.922 engine. I would like to convert it to fuel injection. I noticed that the 280 einspritz engines are 110.985. The question: is it just a matter of swapping out the carbureted intake manifold to the injected manifold plus the control module, or is it more involved? Is the fuel injected head different from the carbureted? I'd prefer to keep my engine because it is very healthy as opposed to swapping engines completely. Any advice is appreciated!
