used pass tie rod on driver side

I purchased replacement tie rods from performance products. I ordered both sides, I removed the tie rods from my 300e and then realize that the drivers tie rod sent by performance products is seized on the outer end and won't spin to adjust length. Keeping in mind that I have to drive this car tomorrow and the tie rod that came out of the drivers side was pretty damaged, I used the pass rod on the drivers side due to no other option. the car drives fine and I couldn't visually see any difference in tie rods from right to left.

Will I lose a wheel from this haste? performance products has let me down a few times, I should know better by now.
