Any wiring harness issues with the 1990 300SEL that I should look out for?

'85 300SD (Burgandy) 239,000 miles
'86 300SDL (Silver) 340,000 miles

The 1990 S-Class models didnt have that troublesome wiring harness I do not think.

As far as I know that didnt start until 1992 on the S-Class models and lasted until 1995.

none that I know of, but I could be wrong...

None in this model . With age the old fuses do develop contact problems .It is best to clean the contact tangs and replace ALL the fuses with fresh ones . This Will save a lot of intermittent problems. Next in line is the Fuel and OVP relays with cold solder joints again age related .
