ASR controller location

Hi,
The car is a '93 300CE. Can someone tell me where to find the ASR controller?
Thanks

Electronic accelerator is under the carpet & deadpan on the passenger.

The traction system computer is under hood befind the battery.

Both are involved in the ASR system.

Problems in the EA/CC/ISC computer will turn on the ASR lamp.

Problems in the traction system will cause BOTH ABS & ASR lamps to come on.

Thanks, M.B. Doc.

The problem is that NO lights come on but the car occasionally goes into limp home at low rpms (6-700) The ASR system does work. We have done all of the obvious electrical fixes. The last left is the elusive switch that is part of the accelerator pedal and we will change it out next week. As a precaution, I was going to look at the connector to the ASR controller just to make sure there is no corrosion or other problems. The ETA got a clean bill of health also.
