Fixed my transmission issue

The Cabriolet now has 4 forward gears and shifts normally!

We diagnosed the vac modulator and it was fine and the upshift delay unit was fine so we pulled the valve body and inspected for broken springs and cleaned everything out as we went. Once we put it back in and put fluid in it was back to normal.. woooo
