The bullentin you have is for a unit that after a redo has a no reverse issue and it was not found during the overhaul
un like what most think the only time everything is checked and done is if you do it yourself
my guess your trans is not a new redone unit sooo my guess its the piston seals or somthing in that order AND NO its not at home repair -- jz
