190E 2.6, Rough Idle after tune-up

I recently preformed a tune-up (dist. cap/rotors/copper plugs) but I'm noticing a rough idle (5000). When I press the gas I bit and rpm's go to 10,000, the idle is smooth and quiet. Is there a way I can manually raise the idle? Thanks.

Also, had both fuel pumps and fuel line work performed about six months ago, so I don't think there is a problem there. Thanks
