Lightbulb 400E Turn Signal Problems

For some reason out of nowhere last night my turn signals stopped working. No indicator light, No 'ticking.' Checked all my fuses and they are fine besides the fast that they are corroded (I figured they would have gotten away from Euro fuses by 1993). I know it is not my multi-switch because my hazards don't work either. Sounds like a problem with the relay to me but I would like a second opinion. Does anyone know the location of the turn signal relay on a 93 400E?

I am used to my old W123 and W126 configuration where all the relays are in one place and easy to get to. Do you know where it is located on the 400E?

I think that's the one on the top left of the photo. Its silver.

Someone else needs to verify.

Thank you I really appreciate your help. Is there a simple way to test to see if it is good or bad? I have taken those style apart before and resoldered them with good results.

I've heard of people putting them in the freezer for a while, and if that brings the turn signals back to life you know its the problem.

If you're having warmer weather right now, that's another indicator.

The temperature has stayed about the same. It has been pretty humid though. I don't see any relays in my fuse box but there is another plastic panel behind it with 4 screws in it...Is that the one?

That's the one. The relays are underneath.

I am having a similar problem on my '97 C36AMG - does the W202 have this relay and, if so, where is it located?

My car has 2 of those silver ones that are identical. Part number is 0015420219...5 pole. Is this the right relay? And why are there 2?

I have done all of that and found several of them for sale...However there is no description whatsoever of the Relay's function.

Ok so here is the deal...I took those 2 identical relays out and switched them around without any luck. Seems to me if it was a bad relay then the Turn Signals would have worked and something else would have quit working. I don't think there is a relay under the dash I just had it torn apart and saw nothing. Can some one please verify the correct relay before I go spend $30 on a new one?
