E420 Creaking Noise in Slow Turns

I'm hearing a creaking noise coming from the front driver's side wheel on my 190E, but only when I take hard corners. Could this be the same problem as the OP?

Sorry, not trying to hijack the thread, just didn't want to start a new thread with basically the same question.
