m 104 shearing sound from engine

Any ideas would be great it does quiet down slightly when hot.

When the car is running I hear a shearing sound, steady and no a whine or squeel. I did have some PS whine until I changed the fluid. It is on the front of the engine for sure.
I was thinking alt or smog pump bearing/ brush's, it doesnt sound like a bearing. Maybe cam chain tensioner IDK.

Ive changed the belt idller/fan clutch and water pump 30K back. Ac system MB new at 125K.
