PS fluid on paintwork
Had a mishap and got some NAPA PS fluid on the paint last night. Wiped it all off of course, but didn't have time to actually use soap and water on it until this morning, when I gave it a full bath. Didn't see anything on the sheetmetal, but the bumper strip's got this gray paint on it, looks like it's coming off. Got a little on that part too.
However that bumper strip's been peeling for a long time. I find that now that I had this mishap, and I have taken the time to actually scrutinize the paintwork, I see things that could be the result of my klutzing with the PS fluid or could have been there the whole time. It's playing with my head. Am I going to see the paint come off the car now, or am I safe?

From what I understand, it's the brake fluid you have to watch out for, not the power steering fluid.
