I have a tapping problem on the right head which I traced to (1) worn-out rocker arm - most of the contact area has gotten flat. the corresponding cam lobe is also slightly worn where I can feel slight groves on it. I know I have to replace the rocker arm, is the camshaft still usable with the slight groves on it?

real 'cam lobe problem' to me...what is a real cam lobe proble to you?
