Weird brake pedal pulsation only when turning right at slow speeds
Anyone know why my 1995 E320 would cause the brake pedal to pulsate softly/gently ONLY while turning right (into a parking space and slowing down), and ONLY at speeds below 10 m.p.h.? I'm told it's probably the right front wheel ABS sensor. Can anyone confirm this?

My personal experience with ABS is that it engages under heavy breaking. I've also had it engage while breaking over a patch of ice, probably doing under 10mph.

Right. There is definitely no ice though nor sand, Just slow movement while braking and turning right.

This sound like a right front ABS sensor.
When turning right the right front wheel turns slower than the left wheel, if the sensor is not working properly the ABS system thinks the wheel stopped turning. Defective right front sensors are very common, mostly a broken wire. Since you have this problem only when turning it may also be a dirty sensor, take it out and clean it first. Rob |

Right, thanks. That's what I thought it was but I wanted to make sure that someone else has heard of that before i spend $100+ for a new right sensor.

Brake Pads
I would start with brake pads...just like a regular brake job...start at the beginning and work forth...I have my reasons for suggesting this...I'd be more than happy to expand if anyone is interested...otherwise

What kind of shape are your lower ball joint and the guide rod mount in?
On my SEC the guide rod mount made/makes some interesting noises once it got pretty worn, as well as shuddering when turning at slow speeds. edit: I just re read what vehicle you're working on, after having mixed it up with a w126 I was just reading about. I don't know if your car has anything equivalent to the lower suspension mountings of the w126 cars, but I'd check there, since you seem to have taken a good look at the brake system already. Best of luck!

The control arms/ball joints appear OK/intact. No issues with them. This is definitely ONLY felt in the brake pedal, not the front end. I'm still trying to figure this out.
