'89 420SEL not turning on
Ok Here is story.
My '89 420SEL was working fine for last 2 years. Oil and regular maintenance only. It has small bump on driver side rear, because some jerk in hotel parking lot smashed it while backing and ran away. Found one Mobile repair guy, He fixed the bump. But later found out that he was bigger jerk, was trying to convince me that my timing chain is about to go and he will repair it. I denied, He left...car won't turn on and was leaking coolant at fast rate. Checked the hose that goes from expansion tank to lower radiator, found cut with knife. Replaced it, added coolant. Car won't start. Went underneath to investigate. Found another hose cut. It's called Breather hose( 116 094 15 82) replaced it. Top Big red circle. Lower small red circle is (116 094 13 82). What is Blue circle? Is it alternator? Found wire cut. Can anyone help what this wire is in red circle. How can i replace or repair it?

In the 2nd picture, the damaged wire goes to the starter solenoid.
Repair that wire & the starter motor should work again.
