My 2002 C320 SRS light and message is showing. My Innova 3100 OBDII won't read the code(s). What do you guys recommend now for a comphrehensive code reader/diagnoser? I did some searching but couldn't find a good answer in the last year. will a newer hand hold show SRS cdes, or do I have to get a PC program and modul on ebay???

SRS codes are not part of the ODBII diagnostic system, I believe. But not sure.

Correct. Generic OBD2 is only for engine and emissions equipment. Climate control, transmission, airbags, stereo, alarm system, etc. are not accessible through generic OBD2.
