Windshiled trim w202

I want to remove the two trim pieces that run from the sides of the windshield, along the top of the car and all the way to the back of the roof. I had a windshield replaced one time and I believe they just popped them out but I wasn't paying close attention at the moment. Does anyone have any better information on how to remove these pieces? Thanks

They should pull straight up and off. At least the W124/W201 body trim is that way. You shouldn't need anything more than your fingers to pry/pull it off.
