Took another deeper look today...

Replaced the valve cover + gasket with a spare one I had. And also put some RTV Silicon on just in case...No luck still.

This is where it is leaking for sure though:

It is right at the back corner. Is there anything else there other than the head gasket that it could be?

Really sucks man...
