Any opinions on a pair of Garret T-3's off of OM 617 engines, fitted to a m117 500SEC?
I have a pair of extras at the moment, and a euro 5 liter car that's been begging for a little attention.
I already have a MegaSquirt computer waiting on the bench for it, pending getting the 300SD (which has the third Garret...) back out of the garage and on the road full time.
I don't know enough about the turbo sizing and the efficiency envelopes yet, nor the diesel to gasser efficiency differences, so I'm not sure how the 3L diesel sized turbos would work in a twin setup, each supporting 2.5L on a gasser.
