Exclamation codes issues

hi guys
i have a 94 e420 ikeep getting codes 6 19 20 on car could someone help me out also temp keeps rising when the car sits still for a few minutes but once car starts it kind of cools off. iam going to to change my spark plug wires, thermostat, oxygen sensor. could someone help with codes n other issues

Water temp sensor

Is the only problem the rising heat? This is probably for the AC, the auxiliary fans are not starting, probably because the water temperature sensor is faulty. Part# could be this one A0065451524

On what pin are you getting these codes?

Also, the temperature will rise until it hits the fan thermostat set point, which I believe is 105 C, then the fans will come on and cool it back down. Are the fans not coming on at the set point?

code issues

only one fan comes on and its the one on the passenger side when temp get up there. i got the codes from my little black box with the blinking light. changed my wires,oxygen sensor it ran great but now i have a little ticking on driver side, an it has a small miss. the plugs were changed a couple months ago
