No faults on pin 4 only pin 19. I haven't checked those lines yet but it's on my list of things to do.

Checked vac lines...Could only find 1 connected to the air pump but it's a pretty tight space so there could be more. From what I saw everything looks connected.

I should have said - and you're getting one flash when you read pin 4? And you got one flash on pin 19 after the cleared, and then the code 4 came back? I don't think code 4 has anything to do with the MAF - the official description of 119 code 4 is simply "air injection system inoperative".
That said it's not a bad idea to clean your MAF periodically. Buy some MAF cleaner just about anywhere, remove you air filter housing, remove the screen on the top of the MAF (by removing the C-clip), stuff a paper towel inside MAF below the hot wire, making sure you don't touch the wires, then spray the sensor. PS - it's my guess that MAF cleaner is nothing more than relabeled electrical contact cleaner but I don't know that for a fact. |

Not pin number 4. I am getting 4 flashes on pin 19 and I am going off the paperwork that came with the code reader for W124s. Is there a specific error code list for the M119?

The next test step for code 4 on pin 19 is to read the codes on the LH module, which is pin 4. Try a search for the Baum Fault code book.

I have tested pin 4...No fault. So far the only code that keeps coming back is on pin 19.
