1993 M103 vacuum line by throttle body

the bottom line goes somewhere onto the EZL area, but where does the top line go? is it just a plug?

this is a 1993 190E 2.6 with EGR and no vacuum temp sensors on the head.

It goes to the thermo valve on the Head (on the coler fan side).

By the way, Is the throttle body stil accessible as on the picture?. If yes, Could you please measure the gap between the flap and the body when it is closed?

In advance many thanks
