Help with HVAC/blower motor diagnostic

I have a 92 300E 2.6L with a 185K miles. Amazing condition, complete service history. When I got the car the ac was not getting cold. I took it in and had it charged and it was blowing very cold. I ran it for several straight days (I live in Phoenix) and it worked great. It did push ac air through the defroster vent which I am not sure if it is supposed to do that but..

Last night I got in the car and nothing. I drove for about five minutes and turned the ac back on and started working great again. Same thing this morning. Left the house works great. After my second stop, nothing. Still nothing. Checked the blower motor fuse and that isnt the issue.

When I say nothing, I mean no blower. I do feel some cool air through the floor vent if the ac is in the on position and the car is moving but that is the only vent that has any flow.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Doug

Check the fuse for the blower motor. It is driver fender-side encased in a black cover. Just make sure that is intact...

Other than that, could be symptoms of a failing motor or regulator. Not too difficult to remove, just a little time consuming (2hours).

EDIT: Looks like you beat me to it.
