W210 Eibach springs advice or thoughts - please
I will be installing Eibachs on my 1997 E420 to somewhat, not drastically, improve handling but hopefully not hurt ride quality much. For this reason H&R is out - I already have the Eibachs.
The car has 5 notch pads front and 1 notch pad rear. I am not interested in lowering the car by much more than 1", or create alignment issues. I intend to start with 5 notch front and back (Eibach claim to lower the rear more than the front - 1.2 vs. 1.6 inches). Any significant issues you can think of with this plan? Again, focus is some lowering, improved corner handling, maintain ride quality, not screw up alignment since I don't want to buy a camber kit. The car has OE 16" wheels with 235/50/16 Toyo T1s.
