What would cause ball joints to wear out quickly??
I put new ball joints on my 95 S320 about this time last year, and have driving maybe 13K km since. Now, I'm hearing the drivers side front one creaking again... These were Lemfoerder ball joints. boot looks fine from just turning the wheel and sticking my head under there...
Should they wear that fast??

This may be a dumb question, but did the new ball joints have grease fittings? Maybe they just need to be lubricated.

didn't see grease fittings.... I wonder about drilling and tapping some in...

Get the original they take 10 minutes to replace.

you sure it is not a dry tie-rod? if i remember correctly, the lameofroder you have should have came with a semi-transparent boot, so you could see if it has grease inside
Edit: never-mind, i was talking about the w124

I checked. Squeaking on the up and down, not side to side pull of the wheel??
