This post is only going to make sense to someone who has done this before.

There is a 13mm bolt on the backside holding this to the wheel well. There is a clip that curls around to a very inaccessible spot that holds the nut in place so that it won't spin freely.

Well, that nut is spinning freely! Any help on how to remove this bolt will be appreciated.
