A friend of mine who works for the LAPD recently came upon this wrecked 2001 CL500. He purchased this vehicle before the police auction, and he is willing to sell it to me for $20k. I would like to know is this a good investment, I don't have a chance to look at the vehicle personally, but he says that the frame is still solid with no bents what so ever. He told me that the airbags were deployed and the rest are just sheet metal damage which will need replacing. The engine is also intact. Please advise on the estimates for repair base on the pictures.
