In the US the heat exchanger/oil cooler can be purchased for around $130 USD.
XXXX has it but they dont have international shipping.

why not just loop it out for free, or well, not free...you have to buy the plug for the water pump..I plugged the block side w/ a bolt/JB weld on one of my cars and it's been Fine.
